Terms and conditions
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements provided to Zen Living,
Zen Living accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors as we are not completing final site measure.
The buyer is responsible for the final design approval.
Zen Living is not responsible for the installation or service of cabinets.
Zen Living does not accept any returns for credit or money back.
Zen Living payment terms are 50% of amount on acceptance and the remainder 50% to be paid before shipping.
Payment for orders are to be made through wire transfer, details of which will be given at time of order.
Service and Add on orders
Upon unloading of the container, you or your representative must ensure photos are taken of each of the pallets as they are unloaded. Following removal from the pallet all items must be examined to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, missing or incorrect pieces. Any issues must be indicated to a Zen Living representative.
In the event there are missing, damaged or incorrect pieces upon receipt of your order, a service part can be delivered to you by sea freight as per Zen Living’s standard delivery methods and procedures.
Any products that is damaged at the job site will need to be re-ordered as an add on through your Zen Living representative. The buyer will be responsible for the manufacturing and shipping costs.
Any additional items required will also need to be submitted as an ‘add on’ and need to be requoted along with any associated shipping costs.
Change orders
Once a job has been confirmed by the buyer, it is at the discretion of a Zen Living representative whether a change order can be accepted. This decision will be dependent upon the manufacturing schedule. Any change orders may affect the proposed timeline and any additional costs associated with this will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Warehousing
A buyer can delay a shipment with a minimum of 7 business days’ notice. Zen Living will warehouse orders, at no cost to the buyer, for a maximum of 8 weeks following a delay requests from the buyer. Fees will apply to any delay past 8 weeks from the initial planned shipping date. Payment schedules will remain in place as agreed in the contract with remaining balance to be paid prior to initial planned shipping date.
Shipping and Freight
Zen will endeavor to meet production and shipping schedules but will not be responsible for late delivery in the event of force of majeure or any contingencies beyond our control.
Zen offers 3 types of shipping to our clients:
- Port collection
Zen Living will pass the ownership of goods over to the buyer at Ho Chi Minh Port in Viet Nam. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange shipping requirements here onward. Zen Living will only pay for the shipping cost for local delivery to Ho Chi Minh Port.
- Port to Port
Zen Living’s logistics division manages delivery to the port of buyer’s choice. Zen Living will provide shipping quotations to buyer for options available. Zen Living will only pay for the shipping cost for local delivery to Ho Chi Minh Port and buyer will be invoiced as per shipping quotation by Zen Living for any shipping charges from Ho Chi Minh Port to their destination. All invoiced amounts are to be received in full prior to shipping date. Buyer will be responsible for any customs requirements to clear the goods in the destination country and any applicable fees, duties and taxes.
- Port to door
Zen Living’s logistics division manages delivery from our warehouse in Ho Chi Minh to your specified destination. Zen Living will provide shipping quotations to buyer for options available. Zen Living will only pay for the shipping cost for local delivery to Ho Chi Minh Port and buyer will be invoiced as per shipping quotation by Zen Living for any shipping charges from Ho Chi Minh Port to their destination. All invoiced amounts are to be received in full prior to shipping date. Zen Living will be responsible for any customs requirements to clear the goods in the destination country. All applicable fees, duties and taxes will be included in the shipping quotation provided by Zen Living.
